Well I figured I'd give yall an update. Wife got her car back a couple days ago, somewhere along the line AIG either lost their patootie in arbitration or just decided to give in but either way they paid 100% of everything including the rental car which was nice because we don't carry rental coverage with our own insurance company. Strange they went from claiming 0% liability to 100% at the drop of a hat.
