Most of the corals are fine right now, just a little browned out. One colony is about the size of a volley ball and if I'm going to keep that and a few others in there for a while, then I'm going to have to move rock around majorly, which I really don't want to do...I had it perfect before the new additions LOL.

The ones I need to nurse are ones that were on their way out to the point of bleaching and actually starting to die. There was a major hair algae problem, although the majority of the hair algae is just on the rocks the corals are on. One coral is a mixture of dead and alive with algae on the dead parts...my tang has already taken off 3/4's of that overnight. Plus I have a lot of little frag pieces from the tips of corals that were still alive...some need some TLC before I can sell them...just to make sure they aren't going to continue dying.

So my goal was going to be to frag a bunch of the two larger colonies that were healthy, just needing some color, so that they weren't hogging up the top of my tank. Then I'll have room to spread things out more to allow my tang to clear off all the rocks of algae. I'll be able to see everything better this evening...the lights were off when I put it in the tank last night and weren't on by the time I left for work this morning. So I may be able to work the rocks around a little better tonight.

I do plan on keeping them in the tank for a little while to make sure all is well, but the sooner I can move out the stuff that's healthy enough to frag, the better. And I still need a place to put the current frags that need some lovin. I've got easier stuff plopped in my fuge right now. I am probably going to put some stuff down in my sump...like a couple of rocks with shrooms on them....hopefully that light is strong enough for those items.

I dunno...other suggestions are welcome. I may just be jumping ahead too fast...guess I'll see this evening. I'm excited to go home and see what it all looks like in my tank.
