When I had my BC29 I called and asked for a replacement and they sent it no questions asked, didnt even ask for purchase date or receipt. Just tell them you bought it a few months back and the ballast went out. Good service, but I dont have the number for them anymore.
Thanks Ray, I just called and they were super nice but they need the 4 digit date code from each ballast and I do not have the ballasts. Darn.
