    Default Bristle worm killer?!!

When I turned on my lights this morning, I found one of my Peppermint shrimp chowing down on a fairly large piece of Bristle worm. Then this afternoon I also saw one (not sure if it's the same one or not) doing it again. I didn't realized that Peppermint shrimp would kill/eat Bristle worms!

I've never seen that.... Then again, I've always had peppermint shrimp in my DT and very few bristle worms to start out with.

Pepps are pretty durn aggressive and can become a problem. I had a bunch I caught at the coast and they would dig the food out of my RBTA's stomach. If I fed the tank mysis the BTA would end up with some or the clowns would feed it or I would feed it a little piece of shrimp and I would guard the dang thing for 20 minutes, didn't matter how long as soon as I left my guard they'd attack it and dig the food out from the gut. I realize these are a slightly different variety than the others but dang! They did take care of the aptasia problem though that's for sure.

Yeah!!!! I have some from the coast and they even climb on my arms while in the tank and it feels like a bug. They eat the mysis right out of my palys! In that tank I have no bristles or aptasia, even though they are both found in my sump...

Really? Long ago I had a CBS and it was way to slow to catch anything.
