And it's more nutritious. <doesn't that word look funny typed out?
Search through the old posts, there are hundreds of them. There was even a demonstration about a year and a half back.
Don't forget to blend in some Nori.
I add a little soy sauce and spicy red **** sauce to mine. Hey I like it in my food, why wouldn't they?

HEB sells a bag of mixed seafood. Its squid, octopus, shrimp, and maybe something else. Its only a few bucks. Put that bad boy in a blender with some nori and you got more fish food than you need.
I used the Marc Leveson's recipe from DFWMAS site. You get the mix sea food bag (squids, shrimps, crabmeat, mussels,) from the Asian market for about $2.89 a one pound bag. Place them in the food prossesor with some Nori seaweed (unseasoned) for about 30 second or longer depend on how fine you want it. My fishes love it. I can give you some and try it out and see if your fishe like it..LMK
Reefing is just like cooking, all the ingredients have to be just right , except you don't have to bring the water to a BOIL...

yeah all my fish love that but then again my fish eat anything my tangs will eat rosies and live craw fish with my dog face puffer anyways good stuff and its cheaper/
How do yall keep the blenders from liquefying the seafood mix? I've tried it with all the mixed seafood from the stores and such but I always ended up with coral food because it would be liquid. If I didn't blend it as long I'd have huge unblended chunks.
Magic Bullet!
