Thread: Clown Fish

    Default Clown Fish

Anyone in the Austin area that would like to buy or trade for my clown?

I'm getting three new clowns from someone tonight...wanted to have multiple in my tank, but can't put more because of my current guy. I'm pretty sure he's a Clarki...on the larger side...bigger than a 1/2 dollar. Asking $10 or will trade for something else...frag of montipora (purple preferred) so I can try it out now that my tank is more stable, zoa frag or something.

I live in Cedar Creek, but I can bring him to work tomorrow (7th and Lavaca).

I hate my Clarki clown...he bites my fingers the moment I put my hand in the tank...what a little sh** :(

Awe...maybe you should feed it more LOL. Mine actually hides when I'm messing in the tank. I caught him last night when I added the other three and put him in the fuge. My husband made me feel guilty for getting rid of him for something better...**** him. So this morning when the lights were still off I got the new guys to one side of the tank and put the Clarki back in. He swam right to his anemone and just stayed there all still. I came home after work hoping for the best and everyone is alive and I saw no pecking from the old guy. The new ones are more "submissive" right now. One looks like he might have pecked at it a little bit...tail is a little jagged, but otherwise looks fine.

So...these guys may be able to co-exist and he can stay - woo hoo!
