125 gallon fish list
What do you think of this stocking guide for a 125 gallon?
2 Ocellaris Clowns
small shoal of green chromis
2 spotted carnials
1 royal gramma basslet
1 lyretail anthias
1 lawnmower blenny
1 mandarin (spotted or green)
1 longnose hawkfish
1 rabit fish or butterfly or powder blue tang

I would not get a rabbit or butterfly if you ever plan on doing corals. You could add more tangs than that, but they would have to be small as to not significantly affect the bioload on a new tank. If you do, add them at night and all at once. The next day supply a sheet of nori and plenty of food. I have that many fish in a 75...

Hi there,
We have a 125 as well, and we have the following:
4 tangs
2 Chromis
1 Scooter Blenny
1 True Perc
2 False Percs
1 Niger Trigger
1 Christmas Wrasse
1 Cleaner Wrasse
All seem to be doing great... Hope yours is too... There would have been about 7 more fish but they got eaten by the lobster....
I would go with the Powder Blue tang as well.. Hope this helps

so from what you the previous posts are saying is that seems to be a light tank load and that we cold add even more fish?
What we have and plan on having in our tank are some simple corals (Kenya tree, mushroom, starburst polyps, things like that) and some simple anomies. Any other suggestion on fish?
How about inverts..thoughts on that?

do all your clowns get along well? Could I add another type of clown to my tank? I have two Ocelleris, but would also like to have two true percs as well. is a 125 big enough to house them.
