Default live rock with coraline and green? What is this?

I have purchased some live rock that was in an established tank. At first it appeared as though it just had coraline algea growing on it. Now I have noticed lime green patches of what appear to be algea. It is quite pretty....but is it normal? What type of algea is this?

If it's really bright, and almost yellow it may be sponge which is a good thing.

If it's on top and right where the light shines bright, then probably not sponge.

I would not say that it is yellow...but it is deffanately a green/yellow. It is on top of the live rock where the light shines, but it is also on the sides where is is darker.

It was not there, or at least not as bright, before. It is almost like it appeared over night. The surface appeares to be smoother than the coraline, and the two are sort of blendind together. Also, the green/yellow is not found on every rock, just a few.

What do you think it might be? If you could point me in the right direction it would help in my research.

ive got bright lime green alage on my glass right now.... i dont think its that bad of an algae (ive had more problematic algae by far), its easy to get rid of on the glass and it dosnt seem to spread fast in my tank, not that its a good alage or anything though, but the snails sure do seem to feast on it heheh, hope this helps
