Default The beginning of a possible big (nano) emergency!

Hey guys, I just got home from music practice to find my AP24 is leaking from somewhere. If I fill it too much it usually leaks from the top rim on the left a bit but I always see it leak a couple drops down the glass. That was not the case this time. If inspected closely, It seems to be leaking from the center at the bottom I mean beneath the rim. I think where the bottom glass meets the bow front. Anybody have experience this?

What should I do to prepare in case of an emergency?

    Is this repairable?

This thing isn't gonna shatter is it?

I don't know what to do except to put a mop on the floor for now and think about emptying water to inspect.

    Any help is appreciated.

I would start looking for some containers to put the fish or corals in. Plastic trashcans or ice chest work well in an emergency. If you think there is a chance the glass could bust then I would move the livestock out.

Thats normal for Aquapods and Nanocubes. They don't seal the bottom where the plastic meets glass. It's dumb... I know.

Yeah I had that happen to my Aquapod 24. Just don't fill your water past the plastic trim up top. Thats all.

good luck on solving the problem, I wasnt aware that Aquapods were known to leak. I owned a biocube and im pretty sure they are more of a solid product.

Thanks for the input and offers from Glennr1978 and Aquarium Masters (our LFS) for offering tanks and buckets. I checked this morning and now after work and it's dry. I recently moved my tank and It is a little off level. Since the water level was a little high and I had both arms in there up to my elbows, the water that came out ran under the tank and when the tank settled forward (after I left the house) the water came out from under the tank...thus looking like a leak. I will monitor going forward and set that tank plumb. Thanks gain.
