Lighting for a 60 gallon cube
I have a 60 gallon cube (or will have Sat). I am looking at lights. I have found a place that puts 8 24" t5s in a retrofit. I find a 250 MH with 4 PC 65 watt bulbs in a light on top of the tank. And I have the option of a 250 Watt MH pendant. Not sure what I want to grow. Fish for sure and some corals. Don't want to buy the lights twice. Any and all suggestions needed.
Oh the Tank is 24X24X24

All three would be great, but if I had to choose Id go the T5 route or the 250watt pendant which is what im using now on my 24x18x20 tank.
Also sent you a pm.

Gotta love those 60 cubes!
Have you considered going with a 400 watt MH? I know that Dozer (Mike Mendoza) had a bunch of 'em left over at his place from his old frag tanks. You might want to drop him a line and see if he's got one he's willing to part with.
Can't wait to see pics of your new tank!

What do you plan on keeping as far as corals go. I know I'm going pure T5 on my new setup but it will be LPS, softies, and a couple of clams and its only 20" tall before sandbed.

I'd go t5s as well. I think you will get a better bang for your buck going that way.
