Octopus Extreme 200
Well I have the new tank in the garage waiting for someone to finally buy my old one. Now I'm tempted to keep a little water running in it for at least another week or so since I just ordered the Octopus Extreme 200 for the new tank and want to see that baby in action before I put it up for a couple of months. Wanting to put the new one up after the holidays but have to get my existing tank out first also.
I know it's overkill for a 58 gallon (but my sump holds close to the same amount of water) but I'll have room to upgrade again if I ever decide to and it's still quite a bit smaller than my old ASM G4X.
Will still need to get lights and decide on pump to use since the Sequence Dart is way too much flow for that tank. Looking for around a 1200 gph external I think for this. Then need to get the T5 setup for the tank, looking at 3' x 6 bulb configuration for the tank. Anybody have a good bulb configuration for this?

Cliff I run the Octo 110 which is rated for up to a 110g on my 39g with approx another 15gs in my sump so roughly 55g total. Your extreme 200 will not be overkill and do the job very well.
Cant help you much on the t5s im trying to make the switch over myself from MH.

Well, I got the Octo Extreme 200 in last night and was like a kid at Christmas. Put it together and set it up in my sump (before I tear it all down this weekend). Just wanted to watch it work before I tear down the tank and the new one isn't up for a couple of months.
So far appears to be working really well, I wan to try the mesh wheel but not sure how I'm supposed to put it together as it's kind of a DIY kit.
