I tried the gum, homeopathics, and cutting back. They were all feeding my need for nicotine. I told my body it didn't need nicotine and stopped using it. I had tried quitting many times so I don't know what changed this time, except I exercised alot more willpower. Maybe exercising and practicing willpower was what I did different. Go 4 or 5 hrs or even 8 hrs. And then you realize the world has ended and you havent stabbed anyone during a craving attack. Yes, I think small steps add up to giant ones.
