    Default ph probe broken?

I tried to recalibrate my ph probe, but the readings are way off. I'm also getting an error code from my controller. I examined the probe and it does not look cracked. However, there is a bubble inside the probe that moves up and down where I turn it upside down. I never noticed it before. It is a pinpoint ph probe. When I tap the probe hard it gets a reading that seems like it could be right, but it goes away when I put it in another calibration packet. Is this thing broken? I had it on my geo reactor.

The bubble is normal. Try calibrating it a few times as I had to do so with my handheld.

I just can't get it to calibrate. With the 7.0 solution it goes down to the negatives. I have to shake it to make it go up. I should have just left well enough alone. I put it back in the reactor and it is reading 2.4. There is no way it is 2.4. I turned the co2 off way before I began to calibrate it.

Don't chance it, maybe time for a new one.
Reefing is just like cooking, all the ingredients have to be just right , except you don't have to bring the water to a BOIL...
