My best results were with a chiller till it stopped chilling L and the manufacturer wanted me to mail it back to them at my own cost to be fixed, even with it under warranty just imagine the shipping cost there. Have since gone back to what I had before of a window unit for the room and fans blowing across the top of both the tank and sump areas.

You could try some small, six inch, clip on fans from Walmart or Target. HEB or Albertsons has them sometimes.

When the temp gets high in my tank, I open the cabinet doors and blast the fan across the sump. If my fan were any higher, I would have to worry about a knucklehead cat eloctocuting himself or the tank by accident.

I have a 120mm computer fan mounted above my sump on a timer. It runs during the warm ours of the day.

You can cool quite a bit with evaporative cooling.

I also use cooling fans to keep my seahorse tanks between 70-72'. If you are worried about the fan falling in the tank/sump place plastic egg crate over the top of the tank. You can also replace your electrical outlet with a GFCI switch which will cut the power if any water comes in contact with any electrical source i.e. a drop of water on a surge protector. They run about $10 at Home Depot.

I keep six half gallon jugs of water in the freezer. I place one or two in the sump when I get home from work to help my chiller out a bit.
Don't put the price on the bag please.

I've got a 6" fan mounted to the underside of my canopy so that it blows across the top of the tank between the water surface and the lights (six 4' T-5s). The fan is plugged into the timing strip that runs the lights. I used to have trouble with my tank temp swinging throughout the day, but the little fan totally fixed it, and I think I might have spent $15 on it.

I keep a very small fan in cabinet with the sump and other equipment and a small-medium sized fan blowing across the bottom of my hq/pc. The temp is perfect. No need for a chiller.
