Koralia 1's

Hello Dome-dwellers! I came in on the 4th of July and bought my first Koralia 1, and within 2 weeks, it shot crap and stopped working! So I came back on the 26th and bought another one. Then, I came in on August 6th and exchanged the first pump, and when I got home, the (3rd) pump didn't ever work. Now, the 2nd pump I bought gave out on me too! So I have two Koralia 1's at home that don't work now! My question is, do you think this may be a product malfunction? I don't ever plug them in until they are fully submerged in water, so I don't think it is an operational error, hopefully. We love your store and try to make trips down there about once a month, so within the next few weeks we will make it down there to exchange one of the pumps (we lost the box for the other one). Do you all think I would be better off with another maker, or another model, say a Koralia 2? Has anyone else had issues with these? We are in despair!
