Jumping in on what Lee said 3wkis pretty short time to have a mandarin in a 2 mo old tank. It will wipe out a pod population very quickly. If I were you I would add refugium section to the back so pods have a refuge to populat the tank and keep the mandarin happy. Other than that your tank looks great!!!
