    I used to use a "daylight" 26w (100w eq) cf light bulb from Walmart on a bendable desk lamp. I was the coiled fluorescent type that replaces a standard light bulb and it worked great. Chaeto grew like crazy and the live rock grew coraline nicely. I now use a small cf light because it fits my fuge better and someone gave it to me, plus it never falls over..
