Salinity is just fine. It's supposed to be around 34-36ppm and 1.025-1.027. Like mentioned earlier, it's only been 2 days and I wouldn't worry about it. You'll probably see those ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates levels rise and fall as the tank cycles.
Since you're using a refractometer it has ppm on one side and specific gravity on the other.
