I use RO w/iodine dips for treating all incoming zoa frags/colonies. It kills all nudis (but not eggs) and other zoa pests.

Exactly. Best method to stop nudis. I've usually done a 15 min salt water/lugols dip followed by a 10-15 sec freshwater/lugols dip on incoming corals. Seems to work for me.
