A few pics of the Bristle Worm...

I have a few of them, They have never harmed anything.... I think they are good scavengers... Sometimes Ill see a drifting piece of food leftover and I see them stretch out to get it. Not bad if you ask me. I like them, keeps the Tank interesting Now you do know the one you tore is still alive as the rest of it heals and regrows right?

I don't see how something so beneficial to your tank can be considered unwanted.

Thank You CoryDude... They Gross me out too.. I just dont like em.. I am one to tolerate alot but just not these ugly things... Beneficial or not..

Tropicana, yes I do know that they grow back.. Fortunaly this is the one that I tore and was able to get him all out. In pieces but got em all.... Yuck......

Havent seen the 52' bristle worm in the magazine.. Im sure its Ugly...

I guess I see it as when you know someone who is petrified of snakes or worms and they have a phobia. My phobia are these worms.. They give me the chills and shakes..

Can anyone post a pic from the coral eating type of bristle worm? I'd like to compare in the future so I can be more selective in removal.
