Feeding SPS

When would be the best time to my SPS, when the...
1. actinics are on
2. both actinics & MH's are on
3. all light are off
or does it not matter???

i vote when lights are off.for some reason i get some what of better polyp extition when lights are off

Aren't most of the bacteria/food thats good for coral out at night anyway???

im also with Rich thats how i feed and belive me im seeing some nice results.
If i had a better camera i could show you some befor after pics since ive been doing this method
