Can Sexy Shrimp and Harlequin Shrimp live together?

I was hoping to start a simple nano in the near future and was wondering about stocking. The tank may be as small as a 2.5 gallon or as large as a 10 gallon, most likely it will be 5.5 gallons.

My questions are: In a tank this size can a pair of Harlequin Shrimp live peacefully with a small group of Sexy Shrimp? Are these shrimp very difficult to care for? Could a small goby also do well with the shrimp in this situation, or is that pushing the bio-load to the limit?
