North American Spirit 23 Sailboat

I have a 23 foot sailboat for sale, no motor or trailer, boat is in a wet slip on the north side of Canyon lake off FM 306 at the canyon lake marina. Boat is listed on craigslist for 2000, but for the weekend I will offer it to any maast member for 1700. Boat comes equipped with extra sails, ladder, life jackets, sleeps 4 comfortably, and a port a potty. I'm trying to sell this before the 4th of July so some one can actually enjoy it for the holiday!

How much does the slip cost?

220 if you decide to stay in a wet slip, 65 if you move it to dry.

how long ago was the bottom redon?,, is there any blistering?. looks to be in great shape

I think it was redone three years ago, we brought it here from Arizona. Haven't seen any blistering.
