Default Checking Interest on my 30g

I'll be moving away for college at the end of the summer so I kind of want to get this out of the way. I've had this tank for 3 years and has proven to be an amazing setup. Very little care, if any at all other than topping off and feeding every once and awhile. For this reason I'd really like not to part it out. I am just checking interest on it at this point and don't really want it gone for another month or so.

*Right now, the price is probably $300.

Here are some pics and specs

    30g tall oceanic
hanging 175w hood and mag. ballast
CPR hob skimmer w/ maxijet 1200
    3 maxijet powerheads for circulation
    1 clown, forgot kind
    1 mimic blenny
Mostly leathers and some other stuff

This is what it looked like probably alomst a year ago, everything is just grown out and there are a few new things a that favia died.

Thanks for looking, tell me if you're interested but I'm pretty firm on not parting out for awhile.

Bump, I reduced the price. I've also got all of my extra stuff I've accumulated over the years.

I'm not sure I'm ready to include all these together with the purchase of the tank. $75 for all this plus the tank. I'd be more than happy to part out of this stuff.
    3/4" sea swirl
    refractometer
    24" single bulb power compact
    a few powerheads
    new mag 3
    Red sea HOB skimmer
    extra 175w se bulb
A couple regulators, one great and new, one old jbj with the tank gauge broken
    Tunze pH controller, w/ everythin
    2-3 heaters
    11 books, they'e pretty good
    fish trap
    half a bucket of salt
    big dolphin pump
    test kits, Ca, Mg, Alk.
Lot's of Kent additive I never really used
