This would be a great addition to a huge tank owned by somebody who doesn't want to start with a bunch of tiny frags. Or it could yield hundreds of frags to be sold. It measures 17 inches across in the picture. It's about 9 inches tall and about 8 to 10 inches front to back. It's on a 4 inch rock that is also home to four red with blue speckles mushrooms.
I would like four 2 to 3 inch frags off of it before it goes. So here's the plan. I'm doing a water change today or tomorrow. When I do it will come out of the tank and into a 5 gallon bucket of tank water. I'll take my frags off it and wait about half an hour. Then I'll transfer it to another 5 gallon bucket of fresh tank water for transport.
