has anybody had any experience with this over frontline plus and k9 advantix? just put it on my puppy at the suggestion of the vet..just wanted to see what those who have used it thought..internet search just provided conflicting answers..thanks

How much is it compared to K9 advantix?? Does it repel mosquitoes and flies?? That is the main reason I use advantix over frontline. Also because advantix repels fleas before they have a chance to bite the dog. Frontline only kills them once they bite.

it was only $14.75 for the single month applicator..it does all the things advantix does but the vet said is better because its new chemicals which fleas and ticks arent use to seeing..http://www.drugs.com/vet/vectra-3d.html

Wow $88 for 6mo supply is really steep. I hope it works for you. I know if petsmart carries it and you find it cheaper online they will match the price.

yeah..i bought the single because she'll grow by time i would have used the whole pack..seems to have worked..she isnt scratching anymore and i didnt find anything on her last night
