    WOW that is crazy, but I wouldn't blame the dog entirely. As responsible as the neighbors were to pay for your loss, a responsible pet owner wouldn't have allowed that to happen. But things do happen, the dog probably saw it as a ball or balloon or something to pay with.

    Sorry for the loss that really bites!!! If this is a common occurence, where the dog is running loose, maybe you should report it. Better to have it bite the bag than your leg or arm!!!

    Reefing is just like cooking, all the ingredients have to be just right , except you don't have to bring the water to a BOIL...
