Well, it had the Harley logo on it, was sold by Harley, and the papers said it was a Harley, so I guess I did ride a real Harley. I still prefer the Honda. Like you said, to each his own.

Actually, I don't recall the year of the bike, it was some time ago.

All I do know for sure is, when it comes to cats and Harleys, never let an owner hear you say you don't like them. But again, it's all a matter of taste.

No matter what you will always loose an argument when talking to a "Harley" guy, the funny thing is tha HD is directly responsible for the creation of Honda motorcycles, HonDa, see the 2 capitalized letters.

The shadow particuraly is a great bike to ride and it looks good, that is because it's the Japanese knock off of the original HD low rider.

still a nice looking bike and at an affortable price.

Good luck Josh, is an all around good bike, but not a American original.

I am not a HD fan nor I have never own a HD, but HD are a class of its own.
