I used to work for Terminix in sales. I can say from working for a few pest control compaines that they do not shortcut, are legal, insured, and come back for free if you have a contract during any point in the year, or if they did not kill everything the first go round. They have a seasonal contract which they will treat for the seasonal pests. Good company to work for too.
