Any Builders Out There?

OK heres the deal... I'm looking for a cheap stand to be built to fit the foot print of a 20g long. Its actually for a 37g tall but they're the same footprint. I've built a tv stand before but i don't trust my self to assemble something that needs to be perfectly level and hold water! so... i was hoping to spend about $50 on this. am i crazy? i don't know whats reasonable but i do know what i can afford right now being that i'm a college student. its on a stand right now but my girlfriend often brings up how it doesn't match any of our furniture and we'd like to just stain it ourselves. if this seems like i'm way off on the cost please lmk and i'll delete this thread because i don't have a clue!

ok i guess i'm obviously crazy! does anybody have an idea of what i'm looking at as far as cost here? or would i just be better off buying new?
