You'll most likely need a digital audio output (either fiber optic or coax) on one of each devices for true digital surround sound. It can be done with some Logitech Speakers. Here is an example of some speakers I set up for my brothers friend 3 years ago.
TV - Fiber Optic Audio Cable
Computer - Coax Audio Cable
Or Vice Versa
Logitech Z5500 Digital
