I also talked to Chuck Ford this morning, He is a freind of my Uncles and is also the game warden for Port A, and he said that as long as you are not using a cast net, seine, or Trawl ( as long as we are using Nets scooping them out of the rocks) We are within the law to do it from either side of the jetties, I got really worried about this as I am going down there next week and wanted to get some myself, He Said the reason it is like that is because before that was written some people would go out there as the tide was heading out or in and put out a net to scoop everything moving in the main water in.
