125 Gal Complete System - Must Sell
Hi,
I have a complete 125 gallon setup that I will need to find a new home for.
The tank is a 125 standard with a tall pine stand, both are about 7 yrs old. The hood was custom made by a cabinet maker abut 5 years ago. The system has been running since then. The hood contains 2 150 watt halide lights and 2 96 watt high output fluoresecents. The main ballast mounts under the tank. The ballasts are in good shape, but the tube fixtures should be replaced. The drip filter system is completely self contained and has a skimmer built in. Everything fits inside the stand.
Most of the pumps should be serviced/cleaned. All pumps work except for one lift pump that doesn't.
The good news is, included are:
(1) large Purple Tang, (1) large Blue Hippo Tang, (1) Eel like fish with gold and black bands about a foot long I have forgotten the name of, and (1) serpent Sea Star.
All are healthy and active. There is also well over 175 lbs of live rock, and over 60 lbs of white live sand.
I am located near Garden Ridge, and I can help move for a mileage fee. ( I have a truck ) Shipping is not an option.
Asking price is $500 OBO (Very negotiable). I will be moving in a few month's, and need to sell

Thanks

Where is Garden Ridge Tx? I'm currently looking for a 125, but I live down in Corpus. If I were to find a good enough deal I may be willing to make a road trip. Please PM me with your best price.

Hi,
I'm new to MAAST, and I might be interested in your tank. I'm in North Austin and it would be about 70 miles or so to your location. Maybe we can set up a time for a look. Also, I would need assistance with breaking it down on your end and giving me some guidance on setting back up on my end as far as sump, skimmer, etc.
I'm new to Saltwater and have been keeping a 46 bowfront successfully for past few months. Only running an eheim and live rock on it and it's been great so far.
Question for you. I noticed you are running a lot of lights, but doesn't look like you have any type of corals in there, just curious??

The fish is more than likely an engineer/convict goby. I have two of them!
