    any of yall used this kind, i need to bring my wattage up on my tank, its only 265 in a 75 gal, the one i was is the 432 watt. holds 8 53 watt bulbs. and i has a decent price

    i believe you will not be happy with this unit. the idea behind t5's stems from a single reflector wrapped around a t5. single reflectors allow for maximum light intensity from the bulb. Don't be fooled by the price of the unit you will not be happy with the result. In this case and in many cases with sw stuff you get what you pay for.

    I have the glo t5ho's they have one reflector for 2 bulb. they work great! so well I actually removed 1 pair for a while on my 30L with no effect on the coral. I have mostly soft coral, but my caps and slimer continue to grow as well. Get what you can afford, a single reflector setup entry level price will be 4-500 bucks. I only paid 125 for both of my dual t5's 36".
