What kinda head height are we looking at? That will affect the performance of the pump and may limit you on the amount of outlets in the tank.

As for the LocLine outlets, go to:

    www.modularhose.com

They have great prices on all sorts of diameters and nozzles.

pump will pump the water 5 feet up till meets the top of the tank then circle around top with blowers, tank around top is 60x18x26 tank wont be drilled for this will suck water out of main tank and flow over the back with pvc pipe

    Thx for the link

So I guess your going with a 'primed' setup for the closed loop drain. I think the amount of outputs depends on what kinda flow you want to achieve. The more outputs, the less gph they will have. I would personally do 2 outlets and use a SCWD. Not sure the inlet/outlet size of the SCWD but I'd stick with that for your plumbing.

scwd in and outlets are 3/4" and i don't know if it will handle 2200 gph.....that thing is a monster!

You can split the output of the pump and run two scwds, in essance having 4 returns with random flow patterns.

Or just check out OceanMotions Super Squirt.
