Default What the heck are these????

    Hi all,

I've had a few ID questions lately...but this one is scaring me. Just today these things started showing by the masses all over my glass. They are super small...like a millimeter or so. At first they looked like mini snow flakes...but now they almost look like spores or micro anemones. I hope these aren't some horrible nuisance nem. Again....when looking at the pic, remember these are barely visible to the naked eye...initally just looks like a tiny speck on the glass. I actually was wiping them off with my mag float before I realized they were possibly some weird critter.

    Thanks, Jamie

It is harmless. They generally show up at the beginning of a new setup and go away on their own. Congrats if it is a new tank as it is a good sign as things going well.
