Ok, John; I give. After several hours of searching, I found lucky's My Space page, watched many trailers and episodes, asked other King of The Hill watchers, but cannot find this one. It has now become a quest for me, hopefully someone will answer.

Stumped! I knew I would get you guys eventually! Ace was close, it is a medium shirt but it is a "ladies medium" shirt that he wears. It was in the episode they played last week where he and Luann are standing on line for tickets to a concert.
