Oh Im sure you are right but after they took 35$ /month extra in pet rent from me AND a non refundable 400$ deposit I really didnt care. Besides if you pop out the cylinder and replace it, it would look the same but be keyed differently. "Hmmm I guess your office gave you the wrong key???"
