    Default Bio Cube Questions

So I bought the Biocube 29 and it's up and running. I cut the first lip wider like suggested by RayAllen, ordered and installed a nano tuner 3X36 pc upgrade with silent x fans and had a few questions.

First the heat plate is now used as a reflector (see pic in link)

Is that enough or does anyone know about a polished reflector that can be or should be used over the heat plate?

Second I'm very happy with everything the way it is but is there anything else any of you here have done that has made a huge difference?

    Thanks in advance,

    Kyle

Funny, I did the 4.36 upgrade and wondered the same thing It just didn't seem to reflect much at all and after a few days of brainstorming for a fix, I gave up and traded up to a JBJ with the halide bulb

It is much better than the stock but I've never not have a polished reflector under any kind of bulb.

Bio I already did the upgrade and it is brighter and less heat but I was just wondering if I could get more out of a different reflector. Thanks for the input though
