I ordered two Tunze Turbelle 6201s from Marine Depot and got them yesterday. I've put them in my 180 but neither of the two power supplies appear to have power and the green lights aren't on. Is there something that I can do or are the DoA?

Double check the power to the outlet, or plugs on the power strip.

I should also add that I've tried multiple outlets throughout the living room (ones that I know work because our TV is plugged into the same monster power strip).

If the problems don't get fixed the Tunze USA rep is in Austin.
