    Default Tunze Osmo problems

Hmm got back from houston last night and scratched my head a bit. my osmo is acting really strange the elect eye light will turn off when removed from the water but the pump light either doesnt turn on or the light will come on but no pumping action. tonight i am going to test the current in the pump wire to see if the pump is just bad. anyone know ppl i can get in contact with abour this problem or has anyone had similar issues?

I think I still have my old osmo around. Had the same kind of problem - along with a string of others. I didn't replace it with one from Tunze.

I had mine for 4 yrs and I did have to replace a couple of pumps...luckily they are cheap. Around $20 I believe. Other than that the other thing is keeping the "eye" clean where it touches the water.

And the eye should only be cleaned with vinegar. Don't rub it.
