Ive taken all of those Controlled Labs products and didnt experience anything negative with them either. I have taken a few Pre-Workout NO2 products that gave me headaches during my workout which is why I asked. Good luck finding out the source of your headaches.
Ive been sick and haven't been able to workout for 5 days and I cant stand it. I almost want to go workout sick lol

If you haven't already, check out forum.bodybuilding.com
You'll probably get more opinions over there, and I bet there are some Sports Doctors on that forum as well. HTH

There is nothing wrong with going to a Chiropractor. It's like any other field out there, you have some people who are horrible at what they do and will do anything to make a buck, and on the flipside you have honest, sincere people who are truly concerned about you as a person.

I worked for a very good Chiropractor for a few years after i got out of the service. He is a dedicated gym rat and i really feel that he could understand your situation and provide you with a logical explanation for your symptoms. IMO, the ligament tear diagnosis is a bit much. In my experience, ligament tears usually come from a traumatic incident such as a car accident (or an occasional rollercoaster ride) involving whiplash. I also don't agree with the M.D.'s advice to hold off from the gym for only a few days ESPECIALLY if his diagnosis is a ligament tear. That's crazy in my opinion. Much more rest and healing is needed.

It makes perfect sense that the two specific exercises cause the headaches. Both exercises put your body under a "load" that could cause a headache. If you are interested in a quality Chiropractor who isn't your proverbial "quack", let me know. I'd be glad to help in any way i can.

Well the White Flood is an N02 product, and seems like a purdy durn good one at that (even though I think they're all kinda worthless I like the stims in it) so that's the first one I suspected and dropped but it didn't make any difference at all. I hear ya on the sick, I've worked out sick a few times, just can't stay away. ;) Yeah I've been over it on BB.com, finding quite a few peeps that have similar problems.

WTH? That's ridiculously cheap, thought they were high. Maybe because my wife's a nurse she has expensive taste in medical instruments? I'll buy one of those and get my wife to test my BP in the gym with her scrubs on and see how many funny looks I can get. If that doesn't work a good halloween nurse outfit might. Ha!!!

I liked white flood for the same reason as you, that little bit of caffeine really helps before a workout.
Oh yeah, be sure to post pics of the above scenario LOL
