PC's are a Ubent T5HO. On comparison T5HO lamps are usually made better than PC's, (Which means they last longer) they are cheaper to replace and you can get individual reflectors which make them brighter. In the long run if you have to pay more for the T5HO fixture it will pay for it self in time.
