FS:(New Price) 400watt PFO Ballasts and a Lumen Max 2 Reflector

Ok both of these ballasts were used for about a year and they have been sitting on a shelf in my garage and its time they go to a new home.
I have test them both tonight and they both worked great. First come first severed.
