Thread: Free 135 Gallon Oceanic

    Default Free 135 Gallon Oceanic

We have a used 135 gallon Oceanic that one of our customers dropped of last night that we have no room for. FIRST ONE TO PICK IT UP CAN HAVE IT FOR FREE. The tank is 72" x 18" x 24" and was reef ready, but they cut the overflow boxes out and sealed up the holes. The customer said it does hold water, but we never tested it. Again it's FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. Sorry we can not hold it for anyone. Please don't call and ask us to hold it. Once some one has physically picked up the tank we will update this thread.

Wow thats a great deal. Overflows would be easy to make and depending on how the drain holes were sealed, this would turn out to be a good tank for someone!

All they did was put a couple of pieces of glass over the holes with silicone. Should be pretty easy to cut out the "glass plugs" and put in two overflow boxes.

If anyone needs the overflow boxes, I have the 2 that came out of my Oceanic Brick RR.

Maybe we can make it fair and arm-wrestle for it?

It has become my sump for my 280g....Bill I might need them. In case anyone wants to know, I don't believe it would make a very good display tank...kinda rough.
