coral questions

ok i have a couple of questions the first one is what type of lighting do purple digi's need? the second is cand you add to many corals at one time? and third do corals give off ammonia nitrite nitrate when they are stressed? thanks

Generaly, Digitatas can survive under several types of lighting, theyre not the light hogs that some of the other hard corals can be. VHO, T-5's and of course, halides would all work... The second question is kind of confusing, I mean I guess you could add too many if your tank is too small, on the other hand, if you have a large enough tank, it 'shouldnt' be a problem depending on the type of corals... Corals will 'give off' ammonia when theyre stressed and begin to slough, meaning tissue necrosis, if theyre simply stressed out and not polyping, then no, they wont.
