Yep its a bristle worm!!! They are for the most part harmless (unless you touch one) they seem to be in all tanks with LR. Just make sure they don't get out of control. Certain fish will keep them in check. Shouldn't bother the condy, but if they are numerous can harm the snails, if they happen to fall over!! Are actually pretty good detritus eaters.
