I for one refuse to let my grass die in droughts; I also do not like to be told not to use my water in way that I want to. For example washing my car or watering my plants, but Its only my wife and I living here so water isnt an issue. But that house is nuts- can empty a water facility in a month, Crazy!

What we need are meters that are set to a limit and when they hit it, sorry. Something like this might start happening with water wells in the hill country if you have property you will only be able to pump what is actually below your property. It is going to get scary, water restrictions are just around the corner.
