My three mushrooms i have in my tank are dying and i don't have a clue why all of my parameters are where they should be. They look like they are falling apart. what causes this to happen.

My three mushrooms i have in my tank are dying and i don't have a clue why all of my parameters are where they should be. They look like they are falling apart. what causes this to happen.
150 gallon tank (48"X24"X31"), fuge 30 gallon, wet/dry filter, Protien skimmer, 2, 400 watt MH with 2, 55 watt pc. ran with a mag 12 and a mag 7.

How are the shrooms doing, better I hope?
What kind of light are they under. Have you moved them to an area of brighter light? Mine started to "melt" when the sponges started encroaching. I have more sponges than I know what to do with

With 400 w MH maybe they are getting too much light or is it possible that they are just splitting? Pics would help.
