    there is va inspectors but we talking 2 extra online courses. They just have more boxes they have to check off in thier inspections. With this issue I don't think that would of helped. I do think the warranty company should help you.

    ouch. i remember reading a thread where you were excited about the tank build. thats a shame that you wont be able to do it now. having little experience with home owning, id say get a lawyer and let them do the leg work.

    Mike my neighbor had the same problem. When they bought the house next to me it looked beautiful and then 1 month later caulking came loose, big gaps here and there. They hunted down the owner( had to hire P.I. Sued the realator, the inspector and the old owner. Everyone is trying to work out an agreeable settlement. Keep after them.
